So now mid-morning and mid-afternoon are tea time. I'm going to use one of my pretty antique tea cups and saucers and make a damned fine cup of tea to enjoy. I'm pretty sure that with my collection I won't be drinking from the same cup twice for a few months...
Enjoy your tea and the beautiful tea cup collection!
ReplyDeleteThanks E - you can't just admire things in cabinets I believe you have to use and enjoy them!
ReplyDeleteYay! GO the tea drinking :) Have iced tea if you are hot though - so much better
ReplyDeleteI've never been a fan of iced tea Clarissa - probably because I need milk in my tea {I know - heathen!} and don't like it sugared. Any suggestions?
ReplyDeleteGorgeous cups! There is just something so elegant about (nice) tea cups.
ReplyDeletePlease tell me you're not giving up on double-shot latte's all together? Those things are my life-blood! Couldn't start the day without one but I know what you mean about the milk!
Oh lordy no Mrs P - nothing could ever persuade me to give up coffee {Oh, except if a doctor showed me evidence that if I didn't I would die - but it'd have to be pretty conclusive evidence - and I may seek a second opinion...}
ReplyDeletemaybe I should do the same, cut down a little bit of my coffee, but I need some gorgeous tea cups like yours....they are just beautiful. xx
ReplyDeleteYou can do green teas as iced teas - they are non sugared. And I don't think the roobiah teas have sugar in them either.Good non-sugary alternative to cordial/soft drinks i think
ReplyDeleteHmm...don't know about the milk thing though.
