tea time

As I'm cutting down on coffee, I'm going to be increasing my tea... The caffeine's not the issue {sleep problems? Moi?} it's more that I'm drinking too much milk with my double-shot lattes.

So now mid-morning and mid-afternoon are tea time. I'm going to use one of my pretty antique tea cups and saucers and make a damned fine cup of tea to enjoy. I'm pretty sure that with my collection I won't be drinking from the same cup twice for a few months...

  4. I've never been a fan of iced tea Clarissa - probably because I need milk in my tea {I know - heathen!} and don't like it sugared. Any suggestions?

  5. Gorgeous cups! There is just something so elegant about (nice) tea cups.
    Please tell me you're not giving up on double-shot latte's all together? Those things are my life-blood! Couldn't start the day without one but I know what you mean about the milk!

  6. Oh lordy no Mrs P - nothing could ever persuade me to give up coffee {Oh, except if a doctor showed me evidence that if I didn't I would die - but it'd have to be pretty conclusive evidence - and I may seek a second opinion...}

  8. You can do green teas as iced teas - they are non sugared. And I don't think the roobiah teas have sugar in them either.Good non-sugary alternative to cordial/soft drinks i think

    Hmm...don't know about the milk thing though.
