Today I made Nolan and I Vietnamese-style iced coffees. They are our fave beverages at the local Thai and Vietnamese places. I had no idea that they are sickeningly easy to make, but they are super duper rich. I could easily drink them all day for the rest of my life and die fat and happy and caffeinated.
Other than that I love making homemade breves and fairly dry cappuccinos, either sprinkled with a bit of cinnamon. Nummy!
Allow me to introduce the coffee I made at lunch - a macchiato for my hubby and a frothy latte for moi. Double shots - naturally.
