belle fleurs

While peonies, violets and lavender all hold a special place in my heart, roses fill my front fence with beauty and my life with joy.

  2. That's why I love David Austin roses, much easier to maintain than the others. We just fertilise and prune every few months - no spraying or anything like that.

I can't wait to visit the lavender fields in provence next year - I think I'll pass out with joy! x

  3. Roses are dear to me because my Mum loves them so. Beautiful, fragrant, with a vintagey feel. I love them too.

  4. Oh Beth, snap {again} my beloved nanna had beautiful roses in her garden - and her surname was Rose - that's how we gave our gal her middle name. So how could I not love those flowers?

  5. Love, love roses and in particular, David Austin's. Really quite easy to grow and maintain and they look and smell divine.
