Today I have a hankering for something sweet. This hankering began because I've been thinking about what kind of cake to bake for hubby's birthday on Friday and I can't get the delicate flavour of rose madeleines out of my head. Luckily I found this piccy of a batch I made for the school fair a few years back. Pretty sure that the only thing prettier than a plateful of madeleines is one decorated with rose petals and the odd pale pink rosebud.
You've got lovely madeleines and I had to make do with defrosted Weetbix Slice. Ah well. x

ReplyDeleteOh EVERY day I have a hankering for something sweet PPMJ, it gets me into all sorts of foodie trouble.
ReplyDeleteToday, it was a finger fun with pink icing. I'm not saying my tastes are all that sophisticated at times... but something sweet... always.
And yum yum yum to those madeleines.
