Never one for camping, I could just picture myself Glamping in this pretty silver Airstream. After reading about a couple who have an Airstream in their backyard in Byron as guest accommodation {!!!!!!} I'm more than a bit besotted. So's my hubby.
Next holiday perhaps?
So, today? What's happening? I'm doing a bit of work, and am catching up with some school friends at a hotel on the harbour later today. Not too shabby...
What are they like on the inside I ask myself? So very very kitch :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!
ReplyDeleteWe have friends arriving and I am sleep-deprived. Great. Really. Ah, yay?
Never done the glamping thing. My hubby'd think I was a light-weight. Wouldn't it be lovely to have one of those for your guests though? We used to stay in a (much less glamourous) caravan at our Grandma and Grandad's. It was cool.
ReplyDeleteToday we went to Little A's in the morning so we are chilling this afternoon. x
Yes I love airstreams ~ I've posted about them too. And retro caravans are so lovely too. They are lovely inside, Caz:) People do them up to whatever they like but I think a retro one, fitting for the make, would be for me:)
ReplyDeleteEvery time I think of vintage Airstreams, I think of my Mathew McCaughnehey hatred. But Nolan found a mint green!!! one once and now I'm utterly besotted.
ReplyDeleteBTW- these dreams I have about our shenanigans gotta stop. We tore up another person's rose bed while drunk on absinthe and shared a jail cell with a really deranged Ewan Macgregor who kept sticking the rose thorns in his toe nails. UTTERLY AND TOTALLY DISTURBING.
I have a little dream to find a vintage caravan and do it up for the girls to use as a cubby house (and the boy too, if he so wishes). So I'm right into caravans at the moment!! x
