Hey, guess what? It's Roald Dahl day today. To celebrate his birthday let's pause for a moment to reflect on a man with a joyous imagination and the ability to capture it in words and share it with the world. For Matilda, Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, James and the Giant Peach and so many more, Mr Dahl, thank you x
Oh, I didn't realise. I love Roald Dahl! This nest has every Roald Dahl book ever written. Thank you RD, you are an inspiration to our children and their life long journey as readers. xx
ReplyDeletewe've got them all too. Along with almost every Dr Seuss. I sweat that these two men have inspired and fuelled my daughter's imagination and her writing ability - and have made for many a happy bedtime xx
